Researchers

Between 350 and 400 letters are received by the DSGR each year from people requesting genealogical information. In addition, the Burton Historical Collection turns many of the requests they receive over to the DSGR. Naturally the amount of help that can be given is limited. If the research is more extensive a list of researchers is sent. Rates vary from $10.00 to $20.00 per hour. An important item often overlooked is the necessity of ALWAYS enclosing a self -addressed stamped envelope. (SASE). Neither the BHC nor the DSGR, Inc. recommends any particular individual nor takes any responsibility for work performed. This list is provided for your information and convenience only.
